Yes, in all cases, even when there is a fee for the certificate. Access to public courses is always free of charge, as is our policy.
Our prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
The minimum price of the certificates is dictated by the fixed costs related to the operation of the EDUlib platform. The price of the certificates is also determined by the production costs of the courses, prices may vary from one course to another.
Some courses that are largely publicly funded have a free certificate (on honor) that all users can claim as long as they get a passing grade in the course.
Access to the course is always free, that is our policy.
The certificate is optional, but it allows you to highlight the knowledge and skills acquired in the course. It is also a motivating factor to complete the course. The certificate does not confer any credit or university degree.
EDUlib, a non-profit organization, ensures that the attestation is free and financed by the purchase of the attestations. Note that the certificate is our only means of self-financing EDUlib and is used to improve and update the courses, maintain the platform and create new courses.
You will therefore understand that we cannot give you a free or discounted certificate. Thank you for your understanding!
Our payment system only accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. In many countries it is possible to purchase a prepaid credit card from these institutions online. Unfortunately, we do not accept any other payment method.
During the 14 calendar days after enrollment (the grace period), you may unenroll from a course from your roster and request a refund via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name and purchase number in your request. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase and may take up to two payment cycles to be processed. EDUlib has no obligation to issue refunds after the grace period.
