Université du Québec à Chicoutimi
Founded in 1969, Université du Québec à Chicoutimi is part of the largest university network in Canada, that of Université du Québec. It is located in the heart of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, a French region renowned for the beauty of its fjord, and has four university centres and a digital school. Building on the success of its 53,000 graduates, UQAC annually welcomes 7000 students, of which 1000 are from some fifty countries worldwide.
