Audrey-Anne Cyr is assistant professor in the entrepreneurship and innovation department at HEC Montréal. With a multidisciplinary background, from theater research to administration, she focuses on the study of the strategic role of interpersonal skills in leadership and the intergenerational management of social relationships within entrepreneurial families. Her research also includes work on pedagogical innovations aimed at developing responsible interpersonal skills and competencies in organizational settings.
