Joé T. Martineau, Associate Professor of Organizational Ethics at HEC Montréal, is dedicated to exploring the diversity of ethical management and governance practices in various sectors. Her work sheds light on the factors that influence the ethical behavior of actors in organizations, as well as the ethical issues associated with the digital transition and artificial intelligence. His expertise also extends to research into ethics education in the context of business schools. An associate member of the Unité de recherche en éthique pragmatique de la santé, she also contributes to the Institut d'éthique appliquée (IDÉA) and the Observatoire international sur les impacts sociétaux de l'AI et du numérique (OBVIA).
